Exchange & Complaint Policy

1. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging and accessories

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will send a replacement product.
